Responsibilities

  • Develop Training Module on Engine Component, Transmission Mechanics and Vehicle Built-up for all GWM vehicle and model type i.e BEV, HEV, PHEV, ICE, 4X4 etc.
  • Able to breakdown complex details of vehicle Engine Component, Transmission Mechanics and Vehicle Built-up for Salesperson easy understanding and comprehension.
  • Organize Test Drive Activity in safe and controlled environments for Sales Consultant to learn hands‑on ADAS Activation Steps, Product Features, and Intelligent Cabin System.
  • Able to comprehends and advise on After‑Sales Service Schedule, Warranty Package and Product After‑Sales Care.
  • Conduct Newly Appointed Dealer Training, Sales New Recruit Training, New Model Training, Product Training at Dealer site, Product Briefing to Internal Staff and Test Drive Instructors etc.
  • Revising Product Knowledge every Quarter to update info following Competitor Product, model changes and latest technology or newly introduced feature.
  • Do follow‑up Training or Refresher Course at Dealer site for more hands‑on learning process.
  • Conduct Dealer Visit to follow‑up on participants application of the learned knowledge after attending Training.
  • Prepare Training Handouts for every Module to facilitate participants understanding and memorization.
  • Prepare relevant exam questions that facilitate revision and understanding Assessment.
  • Prepare content, storyline and involve in shooting Training Video for Sales Consultant education purpose and Showroom Material.
  • Plan Yearly Training Schedule, arrange Training class, participants invitation, room booking, food catering and invoice payment for every Training session.
  • Propose new ideas / solutions / approach / method to improve Training result.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technical Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in automotive systems or adult learning (e.g., ASE, Train‑the‑Trainer) are a plus.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in automotive training, technical sales support, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay. (Additional languages such as Mandarin is an advantage.)
  • Confident public speaker with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with automotive systems, particularly in EV / HEV / PHEV / ICE vehicles, is highly preferred.
