Lead the website team, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning, design, and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
Optimize website performance and user experience through data-driven insights, A / B testing, and customer journey analysis.
Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, IT, Product) and external vendors, driving the on-time and high-quality delivery of website projects.
Implement best practices in coding, workflow, compliance, security, and performance optimization.
Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth, improve skills, and achieve team goals.
Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing tools, AI applications, and emerging web technologies to continuously improve efficiency and competitiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in web development or website management, with at least 3 years in a leadership / management role.
Strong project management experience with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in life sciences, biotech, or healthcare industry preferred.
Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of working effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
