Statistics and grasp the material situation of each material, at any time to provide to other departments in the factory call.

Convert planned orders into material requisitions according to MRP results, and supervise to ensure timely storage of materials.

Regularly summarize the statistics of material changes, formulate material arrival plan, and control the inventory of each material.

Daily SAP verification of over-collar demand, to confirm whether the inventory of materials to meet, such as the need for new purchases, the need to timely issue requisitions, and follow up the material back to the factory.

Monthly inventory statistics, analyze and deal with the generation of sluggish materials, reasonable management of inventory.

Cooperate with financial inventory work.

Create production work orders according to MRP output results and production scheduling, verify whether the main materials are in line with the actual, timely review and close the work orders.

Assist in handling matters assigned by leaders.

Requirements

University degree or above

Working experience in Production Material controllers, Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Familiar with office software and SAP software

Flexible, serious and careful

Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin (to interface with Chinese colleagues)
