Technician / Maintenance Building

We are looking for an energetic and innovative new team member to join us as Technician / Wireman. You are responsible on daily operation and maintenance activities :

• Minimum 2 years' experience in building facilities management or building operations with knowledge of maintenance and services.
• Customer oriented a team player, able to work independently and good interpersonal & leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast changing environment.
• Willing to work on shifts / public holidays / weekends.
• Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan.
• Monitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines.
• Enjoy working in a team as well as independently.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Posses own transport.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
