About the Role

Location: REV Media Group (REV Sponsored) Employment Type: [Full-time/Contract]

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join the REV Sponsored team at REV Media Group, crafting visuals that power our sponsored campaigns and social content. You’ll help bring ideas to life through impactful design, photography, and motion graphics while ensuring every deliverable is on-brand, on-brief, and on time.

If you have a strong creative eye, love working with dynamic teams, and want to design for some of Malaysia’s biggest digital brands, this is the role for you.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, social media, or digital production.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and color.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Social media savvy and able to design for various platforms.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese a plus.

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Experience with photography, video editing, or motion graphics.
• Familiarity with AI or creative automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI).
• Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com).

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for sponsored campaigns, including static graphics, motion design, and short-form video.
• Work closely with creative producers, editors, and content specialists to develop engaging social-first designs.
• Translate creative briefs into visually compelling storytelling across REV brands.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and timeliness of delivery.
• Stay up to date with visual trends, social formats, and creative tools (including AI-based design).
• Support team brainstorms and contribute ideas for campaign concepts.
• Maintain design consistency and accuracy across all deliverables.
