Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging creative sourcing techniques to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the region.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, outline ideal candidate profiles, and manage all recruitment activities from start to finish.
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, evaluating qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring efficiency and transparency throughout the hiring process.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on non-technical roles.
Proven ability to evaluate both technical competencies and interpersonal or soft skills effectively.
Skilled in using recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and market insights to identify top talent.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring teams.
Results-driven and accountable, capable of meeting hiring goals and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
Adaptable, growth-oriented, and proactive in addressing recruitment challenges.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
