Are you currently registered with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) as a Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book)?
Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce all site safety policies, rules, and regulations in accordance with DOSH, CIDB, and OSHA 1994 standards.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and safety inspections on site.
- Monitor workers' use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance.
- Maintain and update site safety records, including incident reports, near misses, and safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) procedures and other safety documentation.
- Lead investigation of site incidents and recommend corrective / preventive actions.
- Ensure site is kept clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Other duties will be assigned by management.
