Responsibilities

Gather and analyze user requirements independently, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.

Prepare functional specifications and support the entire development lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, and release phases.

Deliver development tasks on time and independently.

Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of business requirements.

Maintain strong communication with users and stakeholders, particularly during onsite engagements.

Support project management activities, including timeline tracking and issue resolution.

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Ensure user experience and needs are consistently prioritized.

Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or IT related field

Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT industry. At least 6 years of hands-on experience in a Business Analyst role with solid BA skills and methodologies.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and Cantonese.

Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Strong user communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in onsite settings.

Prior experience in project management.

Proficient in SQL; experience with SQL Server is a plus.

Team player with strong collaboration skills.

Ability to adapt in fast-paced, startup-like environments with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Strong attention to detail, particularly in areas related to user experience and interface design.
