Job Requirement
Diploma / Degree in related field or experience or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
Basic knowledge of supply chain management in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
Language pruriency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Job Description
To carry out the warehouse and shipping activities the targeted expectations of the company.
Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt & transfer of raw-material, semi-finished goods and dispatch of goods.
Using space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently and making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met.
To plan proper layout and warehouse space planning to ensure materials are stored in safe, efficient and compliant manner.
Coordinating the use of automated and strict adherence to computerized systems of the company.
Material order PO & PR placement and monitoring ensure meet production plan schedule.
Responding to and dealing with internal stake holder communication by email and telephone.
Keep stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate.
Overseeing the planned maintenance & ensuring good utilization practices of material handling equipment, storage racks & other facilities provided.
