Digital Marketing Executive (Chinese Speaking)

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic and fast-growing team at GETDO Sdn Bhd. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing who is ready to take ownership of campaigns, lead strategic initiatives, and drive measurable results.

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written & spoken) is required, as part of your work involves content creation and campaign execution for Chinese-speaking audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, strategize, and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create high-performing content and ad copy in both Mandarin and English
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare insight-driven reports with recommendations
  • Guide and mentor junior marketing team members, providing feedback and ensuring quality output
  • Manage and grow the company’s or client’s social media presence strategically
  • Work closely with designers, videographers, and external vendors to deliver marketing projects
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and propose strategic improvements
  • Support company branding, events, and internal marketing initiatives
  • Stay updated with industry and platform trends to keep the team ahead of the curve

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in digital marketing or content creation
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken & written) is a must
  • Proficient in both Chinese & English copywriting and communication
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, XHS and ETC
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking, planning, and execution capabilities
  • Comfortable leading projects, managing timelines, and mentoring junior team members
  • Prior agency experience or handling multiple brands is a plus
