Overview

Join Our Team and Drive Excellence in Logistics. We are looking for a Sales Support at our office in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang. At Leschaco Malaysia, we’re delivering solutions that support our customers’ logistics needs. This role is a key part of ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external customers, with opportunities to grow within a company that values innovation, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.

Your Mission

To provide expert advice and seamless commercial support to both internal stakeholders and external customers, contributing to the success of our sales functions.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Backbone of Sales : Offer direct support to sales teams and external customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Drive Implementations : Collaborate on SOPs and SLAs, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of new customers.
  • Stay Organized : Keep contracts updated, track tariff expirations, and ensure accurate Salesforce records.
  • Be Customer-Focused : Join customer visits and deliver high-quality service.
  • Enable Success : Prepare quotations, coordinate Account Development Plans, and support sales campaigns.
  • Facilitate Excellence : Organize and prepare impactful meetings for sales functions and roles.

  • Team Success : Commercial volumes, contribution levels, and accounts receivable performance.
  • Individual Excellence : Customer engagement and adherence to sales support quality standards.

  • Reporting to : Country Head of Sales
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (Field Sales, Key Account Management, Procurement, Account Managers) and external stakeholders (customers, overseas agents).
