Engage actively with viewers during livestreams—answer questions, highlight key product features, and drive sales conversion.
Understand product details, selling points, and prepare live scripts or talking points in advance.
Collaborate with the operation, marketing, and content teams to optimize livestream performance (e.g. improving engagement rate, conversion rate, and viewer retention).
Participate in video shooting, promotional content creation, and product reviews when required.
Monitor live data performance, gather audience feedback, and suggest improvements for future livestream sessions.
Qualifications
Fluent in English (native‑level fluency preferred); confident speaking to a US audience.
Outgoing personality, excellent on‑camera presence, and strong communication & presentation skills.
Passionate about social media, e‑commerce, and live streaming.
Able to understand product positioning and adapt speaking tone to suit US consumer preferences.
Experience in hosting, sales, performing arts, or influencer marketing is a plus.
Willing to work flexible hours according to the US time zone (EST / PST).
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
