Visual Merchandising Manager's most vital role is to be responsible for the aesthetic, appealing & eye-catching ambience of a retail store, with the primary aims of maximizing sales and increase the footfall of the store by attractively displaying products and merchandise
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for store display & floor set changes and rotation in accordance to the themes set by the brand such as change of season, notable events & product launches or promotional material.
- Develop & implement the company's visual merchandising directives, guidelines & constant trainings for retail boutiques.
- Assist in designing and conceptualizing on all promotional materials to support Marketing and Merchandising team that in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Work with supplier / internal team for materials, fixtures, props, POP / POSM and / or other items for the store / promotions / events and ensuring timely, optimized & cost-effectiveness implementation.
- Monitoring costs and annual budget and works within set budget.
- Studying and keeping abreast with consumers' lifestyle, demographics, design & competitor's trends to assist the company in making sound decision.
- Partner with Store Design on the lay-out and function of new stores, remodels and category initiatives, fixture packages and applicable department updates to elevate the store experience.
- Control the quality of the visual merchandising implementation through frequent market visits and photo analysis, scheduled and impromptu.
Requirements :
Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization.Diligent, an eye for details, resourceful, highly adaptable and able to work independently.Willing to travel or outstation.3-4 years of working experience as Visual Merchandiser in fashion retail.
