Responsibilities :
Auditing Dormant EntitiesCarry out audit procedures for Dormant EntitiesDocument and perform audit working papers and obtain sufficient audit evidence for Dormant EntitiesReview draft financial statements and draft audit reports for Dormant EntitiesReview draft tax computations prepared by clientsCompare draft tax computations with previous year’s finalized tax filing documents and current year’s audited accounts to ascertain reasonableness of figures used in the draft tax computationsRaise comments to engagement teams on any findings after reviewAudit Inventory Count : assist audit engagement teams in inventory count and prepare working papers for inventory countStatutory Audit : assist team members in the company secretary office to extract minutes, director circular resolution and relevant forms for the client’s current year activities; conduct cross‑referencing in audit working papers; perform other audit procedures in relation to business processes such as sales, purchases, payroll, property, plant and equipment, treasury, investment and other material non‑significant accountsOther general admin or audit workRequirements :
A recognised degree in Accounting or equivalent with at least a CGPA of 3.20 or second class upper classification, and / or a professional accounting qualification. Those who are currently pursuing a recognised professional accounting qualification are also encouraged to apply.Pursuing ACCA with a minimum completion of 11 / 13 papers / pursuing other professional accounting qualification with at least advanced level.Audit experience in other firms would be an added advantage.Good interpersonal, communication and documentation skills.Able to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and to travel outstation for field work purposes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
