About the Role

The Senior Associate, Finance Operations (Senior Accountant) , will play a key role in ensuring the financial integrity of STEM From Dance’s operations. This position will report to the Manager of Operations and will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting processes, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, supporting monthly and annual close cycles, and providing timely and accurate financial data. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about using their financial expertise to support a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Bank Reconciliation & Data Integrity

Reconcile all bank accounts and transactions on a regular basis.

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting in accordance with GAAP for nonprofit organizations, including general ledger maintenance.

Manage AR / AP processes, including invoice generation, vendor payments, and receivables tracking.

Administer and manage the organization’s expense management platform (RAMP).

Prepare internal financial reports and analysis as requested by the CFOO and leadership team.
