Overview

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive - responsible for managing product listings across e-commerce platforms, developing content for social media, executing digital marketing campaigns, and enhancing customer experience and brand presence.

E-Commerce Platform Management

  • Manage and maintain product listings on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.
  • Upload and update product photos, descriptions, pricing, and stock status accurately.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing and retail teams to ensure stock availability and fast order fulfillment.
  • Monitor daily sales, analyze product performance, and propose improvements for bestsellers and underperforming items.
  • Implement campaigns, vouchers, and flash sales to increase conversion and customer retention.
  • Handle customer queries, reviews, and returns professionally on each e-commerce platform.

Social Media Management

  • Develop monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create content related to baking tips, recipes using in-house products, customer highlights, promotions, and new arrivals.
  • Produce and edit videos for reels, stories, and TikTok (e.g., baking demos, product features).
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and tagging relevant users or communities.
  • Grow the online community by attracting home bakers, bakery owners, and baking enthusiasts.
  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns for seasonal events (e.g., Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas).
  • Run paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase reach and drive store traffic.
  • Collaborate with local baking influencers, chefs, or loyal customers for product promotions and live sessions.
  • Track performance of marketing campaigns (clicks, engagement, ROI) and suggest optimizations.
  • Customer Experience & Brand Building

  • Maintain a friendly, helpful, and consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Collect and respond to customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Introduce and promote new ingredients or trending baking products with educational content.
  • Encourage user-generated content and run contests to build community loyalty.
