Overview

IT Business Analyst – Large Projects Legal & Sourcing (Fresh Graduate) at Hilti Group. Support Legal and Sourcing IT projects and solutions, contributing to a seamless, connected SAP-based IT landscape for the Large Project business. Collaborate with international teams to develop and maintain processes and IT solutions around the SAP S / 4 HANA environment (main solutions : SAP EPD, DMS).

Responsibilities

  • Define requirements within agile and cross-functional Global IT and business teams.
  • Develop convincing solution scenarios and contribute to IT solution architectures and designs.
  • Plan, build, and operate IT solutions used to develop customer-specific offerings.
  • Ensure reliability, integrity, and long-term sustainability of IT solutions and processes.
  • Manage topics such as backlog, budget, vendors, externals, and internal resources as part of product / project management.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to work closely with business counterparts and strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with responsibility, ownership, and delivery focus.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or initiatives in a portfolio and end-to-end project delivery (product / project management).
  • Skills in managing product topics such as backlog, budget, vendors, externals, and internal resources.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); German is a plus.
