You will enable and guide partner organizations through the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (SureStep) to accelerate their adoption of Microsoft 365 AI-based solutions. Focus areas include Microsoft Copilot, Teams Premium, Viva, and Microsoft Purview. You’ll work at the intersection of Pax8’s strategy and Microsoft’s AI Cloud Partner Program.
What you’ll be doing
Partner Enablement & Onboarding : Guide partners through the SureStep methodology phases and onboard them into Pax8’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
AI Business Solutions Development : Support partners in designing and packaging AI-enhanced Microsoft 365 solutions and help them build value propositions around productivity, collaboration, and security.
Drive new annual recurring revenue (ARR) by enabling partners to sell and deploy Microsoft 365 workloads and identify opportunities for upselling.
Training & Skilling : Deliver training sessions on Microsoft 365 tools and leverage Pax8 Academy and Microsoft Learn to upskill partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with Microsoft Business Managers, Solution Engineers, and Marketing teams to drive Microsoft 365 adoption and provide feedback on partner needs and market trends.
