We are looking for Mandarin-speaking / Non-Mandarin-speaking candidates to join our team as Customer Support Representatives for a leading consumer electronics client.
Responsibilities
Make outbound courtesy (Happy) calls to customers after service visits to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.Conduct payment reminder calls for pending dues in a polite and professional manner.Document customer feedback, complaints, and escalations accurately.Ensure excellent customer experience and build rapport with clients.Report service or payment issues to the concerned internal teams.Follow scripts and company call handling guidelines.Maintain a minimum number of calls per day as per KPI.Job Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or 1 year in customer service or tele-calling preferred.Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, CRM systems.Be comfortable using call center software.Must be punctual and maintain professional conduct.Ability to handle targets and work under supervision.Fluency in BM, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Perks and Benefits
