Implement product requirements in a software system using relevant technologies or products. Develop and consult with customers on product requirements. Design and conceive system architecture and software components based on customer needs (product visions). Independently implement and ensure quality of product increments, including test automation, CI / CD, and Black Duck. Create and maintain technical documentation for software development projects. Build, test, and operate software solutions—"You build it, you test it, you run it." Qualifications

Minimum Experience & Education

At least 7 years of relevant work experience. Education in IT or a related field. Experience

Experience with Agile methodologies. Experience with open-source and enterprise technologies like Jira and Confluence. IT and programming certifications. Skills and Knowledge

Excellent English communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. Analytical mindset, passionate about technology and product quality. Result-oriented thinking and action. Product-oriented mindset. Ability to develop complex components and systems, responsible for overarching architecture and design. Proficiency in implementing solutions across various technologies and programming languages. Capability to create complex technical documentation. Design and develop reliable, scalable enterprise architectures. Advise customers and acquire projects. Manage medium to large development teams. Present software solutions to customers and experts. Decision-Making & Responsibility

Design environments for complex projects / products. Apply alternative solutions and strategies. Build and organize high-performing teams proactively. Collaborate across Business Units independently and strategically. Technical Skills

Front End : Angular, React, VueJS, JavaScript / TypeScript. Back End : Java, Kotlin, Golang. Frameworks : Spring Boot, Webflux. Web services : REST API. Cloud : Microsoft Azure, AWS.
