The AR Specialist will report directly to the Finance Manager
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Record and reconcile customer payments.
- Maintain accurate AR records and filing.
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.1–2 years of AR or accounting experience.Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.Attention to detail and ability to work independently.Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience with SAP (preferred).Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.H.B.
