Penerangan pekerjaanActively promote products, grooming services, and membership programs. Achieve individual and outlet sales targets. Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns. Ensure shelves are well-stocked, labelled, and organized. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet at all times. Assist in receiving, unpacking, and displaying new stock. Conduct daily stock count and report discrepancies to the Branch Manager. Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions. Handle cash, credit card, and e-wallet payments responsibly. Assist in daily sales closing and preparation of related reports. Support colleagues and maintain positive team relationships. Follow company policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures. Uphold Petsmore’s brand image and ensure excellent customer experience.

- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, promotions, and pet care advice.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the Branch Manager when necessary.
