Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable pet products and services.
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, promotions, and pet care advice.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the Branch Manager when necessary.
Sales & Product Promotion
Actively promote products, grooming services, and membership programs.Achieve individual and outlet sales targets.Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns.Store Operations
Ensure shelves are well-stocked, labelled, and organized.Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet at all times.Assist in receiving, unpacking, and displaying new stock.Conduct daily stock count and report discrepancies to the Branch Manager.Cashiering & Documentation
Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions.Handle cash, credit card, and e-wallet payments responsibly.Assist in daily sales closing and preparation of related reports.Teamwork & Compliance
