Senior UI / UX Designer

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior UI / UX Designer to take ownership of Marco’s whole design process. You’ll design experiences that make complex global payroll and compliance workflows simple, scalable, and human-centered for both business users (B2B clients) and internal users who interact with data-driven and process-heavy systems every day.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize user journeys and workflows that simplify how global companies manage workforce data, payroll, and compliance across multiple countries.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to design scalable, user-friendly solutions that balance usability, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Create high-fidelity designs that simplify complex and process-driven workflows that are intuitive and seamless for both business users and internal teams.
• Maintain and evolve Marco’s design system, ensuring visual consistency, scalability, and alignment with the company’s brand identity.
• Work independently to conceptualize and deliver optimal design solutions grounded in user research, feedback, and data.
• Design and maintain marketing and brand assets , including logos, visual guidelines, and marketing collaterals that reinforce Marco’s brand identity.
• Create product demonstration assets , such as UI mock-ups and short product videos to showcase key features and workflows.
