Job Description

  • Drive residential property sales, mainly new launches, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process : lead generation, prospecting, viewings, presentations, negotiations, and closing
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital media, events, roadshows, etc.) to generate quality leads
  • Create sales materials and online content for project promotions and advertisements
  • Track and analyse marketing performance, implementing improvements where necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, prospects, and business partners
  • Provide professional property investment advice and after-sales support to homebuyers and investors
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing and positioning strategies
  • Represent the company at launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and property events
  • Coordinate with internal teams on sales kits, pricing, and promotional campaigns
  • Update and maintain the CRM system; prepare and submit weekly sales reports
  • Guide and support team members as needed

Key Accountabilities

Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field

Be able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)

Digital marketing knowledge and social media savvy

Minimum 3–5 years' experience in residential property sales.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.

You will also be required to carry out any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time by the Directors of the firm.
