Penerangan pekerjaanAdd / update a new finance combo when requested by the business. Update OpEx rulebook when new FU is set up; update mapping from ERP to PeopleSoft. Manage TM1 combos, opening / closing the tool; testing of TM1 budget and forecast changes. Education : Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. CPA / CA - fully qualified preferred. Strong communication and written / verbal skills; ability to comprehend, analyse and interpret complex business documents and to interact with stakeholders on sensitive issues. Financial Knowledge : deep knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to forecast and prepare budgets; experience in complex financial analyses; GAAP and SOX concepts. Reasoning Ability : advanced analytical and quantitative skills; ability to develop strategic solutions in a matrix-based environment; strong problem-solving and collaboration capabilities. Other skills / Ability : strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with PowerBi, TM1 and PeopleSoft Financials; knowledge of real estate services industry terminology is helpful. Ability to plan, work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work on time; attention to detail and adaptability.
Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
As a CBRE Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), responsible for GWS subsegments Financial, Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including but not limited to annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, management reporting and any ad-hoc / special projects for the Business. You will also support the TM1 data needs of the business (FMC creation, general TM1 support initially).
What You’ll Do
- Manages the annual Budget process from data collection to review and analysis of P&Ls, and manages monthly / quarterly forecasting and strategic planning processes.
- Supports Finance teams through periodic training and updates on systems / platform processes.
- Establishes overall departmental priorities and ensures that all deadlines are met.
- Support and manage FP&A finance tools; follow-up with checks to ensure smooth forecast, budget, and month-end process.
- Example tasks :
Set up new finance combos when they appear in the actuals; provide exception reports for FP&A to confirm org location.
