Overview
We are hiring a Sales Executive (Senior) based in Semenyih, Beranang (HORECA, F&B, Retail) to join the team and expand new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Main responsibilities : Manage existing accounts provided by the Company and increase sales by selling more products.
- Prepare quotations, tender documents and related sales proposals.
- Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
- Customer Management : Point of contact for maintaining customer relationships, ensuring all communication is clear, timely, and professional.
- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Provide feedback on price information to Sales Coordinator teams.
- Operations : Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with Sales Coordinator.
- Work closely with Logistics to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
- Monitor credit collection and outstanding payments.
- Prepare sales reports for management review.
- Others : Prepare and represent the company for roadshows and exhibitions.
- Conduct and prepare product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
- Support in preparing marketing materials for promotions, etc.
Job Requirements
Experience in HORECA or Food & Beverage industries.Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin. Candidates proficient in Mandarin are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Willing to travel within assigned areas and attend events as required.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Seniority level
