Penerangan pekerjaanBasic design and review of Electrical systems in compliance with regulatory standards. Prepare and submit quotations for project proposals and tender submissions. Conduct cost analysis and project feasibility analysis to assess alignment with company capabilities. Support in structuring and delivering technical presentations to clients. Advise on procurement strategy and contribute to the preparation of tender and contract documents. Assist in sourcing reliable suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Attend meetings with Department Managers to foster effective communication and collaboration. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Effectively manage proposals and contracts to ensure clarity and adherence to organizational standards. Ensure that the contract contents, quotations, and purchasing orders amounts are correct. Assist in tender briefings, site surveys, and site investigations. Collaborate on record-keeping and document management to maintain organized project files. Track and updating project performance.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years experience in electrical cost estimations, handling contracts, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Male below 40 preferred.
- Able to work extra hours during peaks seasons.
- Have valid driving license and own transport.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu. Able to communicate in Mandarin is added advantage.

Pay : RM4, RM7,500.00 per month
