About the Role

Are you passionate about maritime operations and vessel management? Join us as an Operation Executive and play a key role in ensuring smooth voyage execution, cost optimization, and stakeholder coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Act as the Owner’s Representative and Ship Broker , managing both commercial and operational aspects of vessel deployment.

Liaise with charterers, brokers, ship masters, technical managers, and port agents to ensure optimal voyage execution.

Oversee daily vessel operations , including voyage planning, bunker coordination, document handling, and cost monitoring.

Ensure contractual compliance , timely data entry in SAP, and accurate processing of purchase orders and demurrage invoices.

Monitor vessel performance , fuel consumption, and port disbursement accounts to optimize operational costs.

Manage risk related to bills of lading , cargo discharge, and charter party terms.

Negotiate with port agents and ensure best customer service to charterers.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in vessel operations, chartering, or shipbroking.

Familiarity with Charter Party terms , freight market trends, and voyage documentation.

Ability to handle operational volatility , crisis management, and dual-role responsibilities.
