Job Description : We are seeking a

Shopify Shop Manager

to oversee and optimize our online store as a key driver of growth at SkinSeoul. As the Shopify Shop Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, delivering seamless shopping experiences, and scaling our e-commerce presence globally. You will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams, while having the opportunity to work directly with the leadership team to align store performance with company objectives.

Responsibilities : Growth Ownership

  • Take end-to-end ownership of D2C store growth, proactively executing all actions that can accelerate brand performance.
  • Optimize store performance for conversion, SEO, and mobile experience.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare weekly reports on sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Explore and implement Shopify apps and integrations to improve efficiency and scalability.

Store Operations & Management

  • Manage and update the Shopify store (themes, navigation, product listings, collections).
  • Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and stock levels are accurate and consistent.
  • Handle daily store operations including orders, fulfillment, and returns to maintain a smooth customer journey.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with the marketing and design teams to launch campaigns, discounts, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with customer service to ensure store operations align with customer needs and feedback.
  • Partner with logistics and finance teams for smooth order processing and payment tracking.
  • Innovation & Development

  • Stay updated on e-commerce and beauty industry trends for strategic insights.
  • Proactively propose improvements for store performance, user experience, and backend processes.

    Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree with 3–4 years of experience managing an e-commerce store (Shopify preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the Shopify platform, apps, and integrations.
  • Familiar with SEO, online sales funnels, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics).
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or beauty industries is a strong plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Good communication skills in English (written & spoken); Korean language is a plus.
