Senior Insurance Operations Specialist - SG market

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role is hybrid and based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office.

Responsibilities

• Client On-Boarding : Set up new clients on our systems, monitor onboarding progress, and liaise with country business teams.
• Documentation : File appropriate documentation (BOR, ToE, etc.) and support country business teams with MPower updates.
• Renewal & Placement : Prepare renewal reports, identify risks ahead of renewal dates, ensure accurate renewal documentation, and follow up with insurers.
• Contract Implementation : Support implementation of insurance contracts through the Marsh Digital Trading Platform, maintain records of CE negotiations, issue confirmation letters and certificates.
• Quality Assurance : Review all documentation for accuracy against Client First Principles, Marsh Compliance Standards, and Policy Servicing checklists.
• Workflow Management : Monitor and manage workflow, coordinate the flow of business into Client Servicing Teams, and respond to queries from Marsh Operations.
• Training & Goals : Set and achieve specific goals in Workday, complete mandatory training and CPD requirements (35 hours per year).
