Role : Part‑time PCI Associate

We’re looking for a tech‑minded, service‑hearted Part‑time PCI Associate to keep PCI Customer Experience and Digital Operations running smoothly and provide excellent support to our members. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, digitally fluent, and loves helping people feel supported. Pickleball Coaching International (PCI) is the global standard in pickleball coach education.

What You’ll Do

• Customer Support & Hospitality

Respond to member questions via email (Gmail / Zendesk).

Understand and work within PCI’s systems (Memberspace, Online Course Database, Squarespace, Zapier).

Post content to PCI’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
