Senior Quality Engineer

Company Background :

The company is a prominent provider of sensory experience solutions with expertise in various core technologies including semiconductor. The company is located in Senai, Johor. Notably, they are the sole micro-component manufacturing company from China ranked in the top 10 company in China.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage engineers and quality teams at the Malaysia plant to ensure effective execution of quality objectives.
• Lead shop-floor quality review meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee projects aimed at enhancing product appearance yield.
• Prepare, update, and maintain quality documentation; lead the handling of non-conforming products, including product review and disposition.
• Conduct annual product audits, maintain process capability control for key operations, and lead GP12 analysis with corresponding improvement actions.
• Coordinate the preparation of documentation and evidence for customer and third-party audits.
• Drive reduction of internal rework rates and establish process defect cost tracking with ongoing improvement measures.

Job Requirements :

Working hours : 8.30am-5.30pm (5 days works)

Salary Range : RM8k -RM10k

Benefits : AWS (13th month payment)
