Join RYTHM Foundation and play a key role in driving data-informed impact. As a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Executive , you’ll help design, implement, and manage systems that measure the effectiveness of our programs — ensuring quality, accountability, and continuous learning across all initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • MEL Framework & Data Management

Collaborate with program teams and partners to develop MEL frameworks, indicators, and tools for project implementation.

  • Coordinate and support data collection, validation, and analysis to track progress, outputs, and outcomes.
  • Provide technical guidance to program teams and partners on MEL design, tools, and methodologies.
  • Maintain data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all initiatives.
  • Evaluation, Analysis & Learning
  • Participate in project reviews and evaluations to assess performance and impact.

  • Analyse data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Document lessons learned, success stories, and best practices to enhance organisational learning.
  • Contribute to analytical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting, Capacity Building & Continuous Improvement
  • Support proposal development, including results frameworks, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.

  • Strengthen MEL capacity among staff and partners through knowledge sharing and coaching.
  • Promote the use of updated MEL tools, methods, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational standards and ethical data management practices.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in MEL, research, or data management, preferably in the non-profit or social development sector.
  • Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data tools (e.g., SPSS, STATA, Power BI) is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
