This role will be responsible for establishing and implementing strategic and tactical communication plans designed to capitalize on consumer insights and market opportunities to generate demand. The Senior Manager will build a creative, integrated multi-channel Marketing Department that builds brand awareness and reputation, provides a steady flow of digital leads, and measures the return of investment in marketing programs.
Job Description :
- This is a feeder role / potential successor to CMO by develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing roadmap.
- Lead and direct the execution of marketing plans to achieve growth objectives in line with the overall commercial priorities.
- Manage marketing budget and evaluate marketing investment efficiency to identify areas of improvement and propose changes.
- Evaluate new media technologies and maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices to expand the brand's competitive advantage.
- Lead Marketing & NPD / Innovation team
- Dotted line leading the Creative team on tasks and deliverables
- Owns Annual Marketing Calendar – Comms, Media, Campaigns, Trade Activation and events
- Ensure right communication levels between Marketing – Creative – R&D – Commercial (Sales & eComm) functions to ensure smooth execution of marketing calendar and plans
- Manages Marketing Spend – propose to CMO for approval, track, control, review post execution vs KPIs set
- Delivers company objectives on revenue and profit
- Develops and grows direct reports for succession planning
Job Requirement :
Min. 7 years in Marketing or Brand ManagementExperience managing & leading teams – min. 4 people teamGood presentation skills & ability to manage senior leadership stakeholderBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment.
