Penerangan pekerjaanManage all user queries coming in from various platforms, including but not limited to online chats, calls and emails. Work closely with the Operations team to manage user expectations. Share your insights on the user experience report with the team. Contribute to the support team in terms of voucher fulfilment and coordinate with different parties in the fulfilment process – voucher purchase, etc. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Ability to listen and empathise with the situation. Good command of spoken and written English and additional languages (Mandarin / Cantonese, Thai, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia) would be a plus. Resourceful and capable of learning fast and independently. Open to flexible working arrangements (e.g. Holidays and Weekends).

Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Operations Executive! Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time. Your role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism to complete the task. Fantastic communication skills with an eye for detail is crucial for this role.
