Tax Associate

Penerangan pekerjaanCandidates should possess a full or partial professional qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent), Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Banking or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Possess initiative and able to work independently and / or in a team with minimal supervision Experienced in Superior Tax Comp will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Review or prepare tax computation and tax return form for companies, employer, limited liability partnership, partnership, sole-proprietors and individuals in accordance with the Income Tax Act 1967
- Review or prepare the tax estimation for companies in accordance with the Income Tax Act 1967
- Attend any queries / tax audit from IRB or other authorities
- Handle tax projects such as transfer pricing and tax incentive application
- Assist Tax Manager identify, analyse and apply effective risk management techniques and offer advice on possible tax risks
- To conduct training, and to prepare client circular on latest updates and developments relating to Income tax, Sales and Service Tax and other tax rulings regularly
- Research and consult on various tax matters
- Perform ad-hoc duties, as necessary
