Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key accounts including corporate, travel agencies, and MICE clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and quotations for major clients.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Supervise and guide Account Executives in daily sales activities.
• Coordinate with hotel operations to meet client requirements.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, and promotional activities to expand market reach.
• Prepare sales reports and market analysis for management.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
• Represent the hotel at exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events.
