Contracts Strategy Analyst
We are looking for a Contracts Strategy Analyst to support the Contracts Strategy Lead and work in close coordination with senior stakeholders, including the CFO, in managing contract documentation, ensuring internal alignment on terms, and tracking key contract commitments across client engagements.
Based in Bangsar South, Malaysia, this position is suited for someone with strong attention to detail who wants to grow into a strategic commercial contracts role within a fast-scaling technology company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Contracts Strategy Lead and collaborate with the CFO’s office in coordinating contract documentation, updates, and governance tracking.
- Prepare contract summaries, obligation trackers, and renewal follow‑up records to ensure visibility across stakeholders including Finance leadership.
- Assist in reviewing contract terms for consistency with internal standards and escalating exceptions for approval by senior stakeholders where required.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Delivery, Customer Success, HR, and other internal teams to ensure contract milestones, renewals, and obligations are monitored and followed through.
- Maintain organised contract repositories and tracking logs to support commercial visibility at leadership level.
- Assist in preparing negotiation documentation and briefing notes during active client engagements.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and internal teams for documentation follow‑up and consolidation.
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation templates to support contract governance efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in contract coordination, commercial operations, legal documentation, or related support roles.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple contracts, documentation trails, and follow‑up timelines.Familiarity with commercial contract documentation or enterprise service agreements is an advantage.Structured and organised working style with strong documentation discipline.Comfortable using digital tools and AI / automation platforms to improve contract tracking and documentation accuracy.Strong written communication skills and ability to coordinate clearly with cross‑functional stakeholders and senior management.Proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced environment supporting multiple active accounts, with openness to grow into a more strategic commercial governance role.LOCATIONS & CONTACT
