Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ipoh for a Die Attach and Wirebond Technician. The Die Attach and Wirebond Technician will be responsible for performing die attach and wire bonding processes, ensuring equipment is maintained and calibrated, inspecting work for accuracy, and adhering to safety protocols. Daily tasks include setting up and operating die attach and wirebond machines, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high precision and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in die attach and wire bonding processes
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and calibration procedures
• Ability to inspect and ensure the accuracy and quality of work
• Familiarity with safety protocols and adherence to them
• Excellent attention to detail and precision
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in electronics or a related field
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
