Overview

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-growing global robotics and automation company. This is a remote-first role based in Kuala Lumpur, with occasional on-site meetings.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage projects within the automation industry (AGV / AMR, robotics, logistics automation).
  • Oversee full project cycles across the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth integration of warehouse management systems (WMS) and industrial automation processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (PMP / PRINCE2 is a plus).
  • 5+ years of project management experience in automation / robotics / logistics automation.
  • Strong knowledge of AGV / AMR systems and WMS.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin .
  • Proven leadership in handling multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
