Penerangan pekerjaanPrioritize safety at all times during site work. Identify potential hazards and ensure work follows safety standards. Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field. 1–2 years in solar PV operation & maintenance (fresh chargeman certificate holders are encouraged to apply). Skilled in electrical systems, PV components, and troubleshooting. (Solar PV background preferred, but applicants with solid electrical fundamentals will also be considered.) Able to work independently and in a team, physically fit for site work.

Operation & Maintenance
- Conduct planned preventive maintenance and site inspections.
- Troubleshoot, test, and repair solar equipment and inverters.
- Assist in investigating electrical issues and support root cause analysis.
- Supervise site works and support subcontractors when required.
- Assist in testing & commissioning (T&C) with clients or authorities (e.g., TNB, SEDA).
- Handle daily technical tasks and provide reports to the Operations Manager.
