🌟 We're Hiring : Financial Compliance Consultant 🌟

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Compliance Consultant to ensure our financial operations align with regulatory standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and auditing practices to safeguard our organization against financial discrepancies.

📍 Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

⏰ Work Mode : Work From Office

💼 Role : Financial Compliance Specialist

What You'll Do :

Prepare and lead FIT-to-Template workshops, assessing current business processes and aligning them with standardized global finance processes.

Conduct scoping sessions to define Financial Compliance requirements and localization needs.

Liaise with local Finance stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of Financial Compliance frameworks.

Assess and document localization requirements for ICFR and financial approval processes.

Contribute to Change Impact Assessments and support communication of changes to business users.

Execute testing activities (UT, SAT, UAT, REG) related to financial approval requirements.

Prepare and conduct Key User and End User training for financial compliance systems and processes.

Provide Go-Live and Hypercare support, including activities related to Month-End Closing.

Contribute to the adaptation of internal control frameworks, structures, and requirements, working closely with global and regional finance teams.

Create, align, and maintain project documentation according to established methodologies and standards.

Ensure template governance and change control management in alignment with overall Finance governance principles.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance, Internal Controls (ICFR), Audit, or related Project Management roles.

Strong understanding of Finance business processes, policies, and compliance frameworks.

Proven Project Management, stakeholder management, and change management skills.

Experience working in Agile environments is an advantage.

Ability to identify and drive process and control improvement initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and multiple levels of the organization.

Strong cross-cultural awareness and ability to work in multicultural environments.

Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Communication skills in Japanese
