Overview

Sales Specialist at My Virtual Mate — Remote, Full-Time. Work Hours : 9am - 5pm Melbourne time. Location : Remote.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services or related industries , with a strong understanding of taxation, accounting, or finance . This role focuses on converting qualified leads, building relationships, and driving consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients and convert qualified leads into successful partnerships.
Understand client business needs and propose tailored outsourcing or staffing solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams.
Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

✅ Proven experience as a Sales Representative / Specialist , preferably in a financial institution or B2B services setup.

✅ Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and taxation concepts .

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

✅ Ability to identify client needs and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

✅ Previous experience working with Australian clients or within the AU market will be an added advantage.

✅ Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with international teams.
