Motor Insurance Support Admin

eazy is are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Motor Insurance Support Admin to join our team. This role involves supporting the motor insurance renewal team by issuing insurance policies after verifying payments, processing client payments, ensuring consistency of insurance terms, and managing documentation. The position requires adeptness in navigating multiple insurer portals with different user interfaces. This role will be a fully remote role.

This candidate will report to the Head of Motor in Singapore.

Responsibilities :

• Insurance Terms and Premiums Verification
• Check that the insurance renewal terms and premiums are consistent with the terms stated in our system
• Ensure accuracy before preparing to issue the insurance cover via the insurer's portal
• Payment Verification and Processing
• Verify that payment has been received for motor insurance renewals
• If payment is not received, process the payment such as credit card slip promptly and securely
• Document Management
• Thoroughly check and compare the information in the policy documents with the records in our system to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Upload activated policy documents into our system's designated folder
• Complete the full documentation cycle by updating the system as Close / Won.
• Portal Navigation
• Use multiple insurer portals with varying user interfaces to complete tasks
• Maintain proficiency and adaptability in navigating different systems and processes
