Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PR2 Senior Manager to join our Office Leasing Advisory team in Malaysia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our office leasing business, providing strategic advice to clients and driving business development initiatives in the Malaysian market.
Responsibilities
- Lead office leasing transactions for major corporate clients and landlords
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand the office leasing portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, landlords, and industry stakeholders
- Provide market insights and strategic advice to clients on office leasing trends and opportunities
- Manage and mentor a team of leasing professionals, fostering their growth and development
