Project Manager

Lead, plan, and execute blockchain and Web3-related projects from concept to completion.

Prepare and deliver professional presentation decks for clients, including project proposal, progress updates and strategic plans.

Coordinate between internal teams, developers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring smooth communication and long-term collaboration.

Identify new project opportunities and assist in business development initiatives.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, providing regular updates to senior management.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality, compliance, and client satisfaction standards.

Stay up to date with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 trends to provide strategic input and innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management, preferably within blockchain, crypto, or Web3 environments.

Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with agile or similar project management methodologies is an advantage.
