We’re looking for a Project Proposal Engineer who can blend technical expertise with commercial insight to deliver competitive, high-quality bids. In this role, you’ll work across engineering, commercial, and project teams to analyze data, prepare tender submissions, and shape proposals that stand out.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, tender specifications, and technical reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for bid inputs and clarifications.
• Analyze technical and geological survey data to support costing and proposal development.
• Prepare and compile tender documents, proposals, and pricing summaries.
• Perform costing and pricing analysis to ensure competitiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of bid documents, pricing information, and key points used in proposal preparation.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and pre‑contract activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure timely, high‑quality bid submissions.

Qualifications

Salary Range : RM7,000 – RM10,000
