Overview
You will support the employer consultants to improve the workplace disability inclusion practices of employers. You will also work directly with key stakeholders such as employers, partners and our clients, who are persons with disabilities, to enhance the employability and employment outcomes of persons with disabilities. Responsibilities
Engage employers and partners to build rapport and offer recruitment support Work with employers to resolve enquiries via emails or calls and support administrative requirements for participation in various SG Enable initiatives (e.g. employer registration for the Open Door Programme) Ensure prompt responses (in accordance to service level agreement) are given to enquiries received through dedicated mailboxes Update, maintain and ensure accuracy of employer data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Data generation, preparation of statistics, reports Schedule meetings and take minutes Participate and support events when required e.g. networking events, webinars Undertake other roles as and when required Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Diploma Holder or equivalent Prior experience in customer relationship roles would be advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem Solver and able to work under pressure and a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and meticulous Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Additional Information
