Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the wellness center, including overseeing staff, managing schedules, and allocating resources efficiently.
- Responsible for the branch’s sales and marketing activities to achieve the monthly sales target.
- Collaborate with Medical Doctor and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
- Assist in conducting client assessments, gathering relevant health information, and communicating effectively with clients.
- Provide ongoing follow-up care to clients, monitor their progress, and assist in adjusting wellness plans as needed.
- Address client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Educate clients on wellness principles, medication management, and self-care practices.
- Create and execute impactful strategies to attain organizational goals and objectives.
- Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Cultivate and sustain robust connections with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Evaluate performance metrics and institute enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any field.At least 5 years experiences in managing a Health & Wellness CentreProven experience in a managerial role within the Nursing / Medical / Wellness Centre field including in the government sector / private hospital / clinic / nursing home.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.Commitment to promoting wellness and preventive healthcare.Pleasant, well-groomed, responsible, self-motivated, and with good communication skills.Able to carry out instruction punctually and disciplined in completing the task in detail.Able to multitask and work well independently and as well as a team.Benefits
