We’re looking for a dynamic and people-driven professional to join our Compliance Team — someone who can blend analytical precision with the heart of a change leader. You’ll champion compliance, governance, and continuous improvement across our group of companies while engaging teams to embrace better, smarter ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor internal audit and compliance frameworks across the organization.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies across business units.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance policies, and relevant laws — including the MACC Act, Companies Act 2016, and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.
Lead investigations and follow up on audit findings, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Collaborate with department heads to assess and monitor operational and strategic risks.
Prepare and present periodic compliance, audit, and risk reports to Senior Management and the Audit & Risk Committee.
Support governance-related sections of the company’s Annual Report and manage whistleblower, conflict of interest, and anti-bribery policies.
Conduct monthly training sessions to engage teams and strengthen a culture of compliance and integrity.
ISO Certification & Process Improvement (ISO 9001 : 2015 / ISO 14001 : 2015)
Oversee the review and maintenance of ISO documentation and SOPs.
Plan and coordinate internal and external ISO audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformances.
Conduct internal audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
Facilitate ISO-related training and drive continuous improvement initiatives tied to quality and environmental performance.
Liaise with certification bodies and lead annual recertification processes.
Promote policy and process efficiency — simplifying workflows and improving audit response time across departments.

Listed Company Compliance

Monitor and ensure timely submission of disclosures to Bursa Malaysia and the Securities Commission (SC).

Liaise with the Company Secretary and support the Board and Committee functions.

Oversee corporate disclosure policies, investor communications, and Annual General Meeting readiness.

What You Bring

Minimum 3 years’ experience in auditing, risk management, or compliance (experience in shipping or logistics is an advantage).

Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (e.g. Certified Internal Auditor) preferred.

Strong analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills, with excellent command of English.

A proactive, people-oriented communicator who can motivate and train others.

Experience in listed companies or audit firms with a passion for process improvement and leadership growth.
